Starting with Flower Mound because it’s my favorite, but I’m also slightly biased (born and raised FloMo). Our city is located 29 miles northwest of Dallas, 33 miles north of Fort Worth, and 10-15 minutes from DFW airport. Named the #4 best place to live in America by Money Magazine in 2021. Flower Mound is famous for its recreation and great quality of life with 680 acres of parks and miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
We’ve had rapid growth over the last twenty years, but still have a small-town, family-oriented environment, top rated schools - Flower Mound High School is the best school in the district with 100% graduation rate, and plenty of outdoor recreation.
One of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Flower Mound, built around Bridlewood Golf Club with over 1,200 single family homes. You’ll find larger homes up to 7,000 sq. ft. and lot sizes up to 1 acre. You have access to the golf course along with a community center that features; 2 pools (Windsor & Par), fitness center, playgrounds, full size basketball court, 5 lighted tennis courts, & 32 miles of multi-use trails.
Wellington is one of the largest neighborhoods in Flower Mound with around 2,400 homes. Features the Wellington Athletic Center w/ a putting green, sand volleyball court, lighted tennis courts & disc golf. The clubhouse also has a large swimming pool, fitness center and the Wellington Sharks Swim Team.
Lakeside is one of the newest developments in Flower Mound that is a mixed use community with 6 restaurants (more on the way), shopping, Moviehouse & Eatery theater and walking trails that lead directly to Grapevine Lake.
