Southlake is located 27 miles northwest of Dallas, 26 miles northeast of Fort Worth, and is around 15-20 minutes from the DFW airport. Southlake is a fantastic place to live. It is a relatively wealthy area and is exceedingly safe. Terry Bradshaw, Marcus Spears, and J. Paul Raines, the CEO of GameStop, are just a few of the well-known celebrities who call Southlake home. There are a bunch of things to do in Southlake including: Bicentennial Park, Dragon Stadium Athletic Facility, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park.

Cambridge Place

About 145 upscale houses were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s and are available for $450,000 to $1.1 million at Cambridge Place in East Southlake. It has a community park, reservoir, area for kids, and bike and running pathways. You can enjoy excellent Italian cuisine just 7 minutes away at Cafe Italia Grapevine on Ira E. Woods Blvd.

South Ridge Lakes

South Ridge Lakes, a neighborhood in south-central Southlake, is home to 400 or so private houses that were built in the 1990s. There are eight lakes, a homeowners association, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a wading pool, a children's playground, and a community center in the area. In addition to being close to the DFW airport, South Ridge Lakes offers quick access to Dallas and Fort Worth. Driving from Southlake, TX to Dallas takes about 30 minutes.

Palomar Estates

This neighborhood is a luxury home neighborhood in Carrollton, northwest of Southlake. It is open for new home building and will eventually have about 45 houses there. The price for homes in Pattersons Pond range from $900,000 to $1.7 million, and the average property area is about 1.3 acres. The neighborhood is within the highly regarded Southlake-Carroll ISD school system and is close to the DFW airport.
