One of Grapevine’s most affluent neighborhoods. High Point Farm Estates is one of Grapevine's most wealthy communities, with houses costing between $600,000 and $750,000. This neighborhood is perfect for families because it has access to the finest education systems in the region and beautiful, spacious homes. Lakeview Estates
