Trophy Club is a small custom home pocket community that sides to Northlake and Southlake. Named after professional golfer Ben Hogan’s trophy collection. It’s 35 minutes from Downtown Dallas and 35 minutes from Downtown Ft. Worth, 15 minutes from DFW airport. You are smack dab in the middle of the metroplex if you choose to move that direction. If you want to be close to entertainment and restaurants you’ll probably want to go over to Southlake since there’s only 3-5 restaurants in the actual city. Downside of living in Trophy Club, you’re in Tarrant County so the county taxes are a bit higher than Denton County as well as being located in a Municipal Utilities District (MUD).

This neighborhood is expected to contain about 110 homes when the build out is complete, first constructed in 1999, typical lot size of .2 - .5 acre. Contains a private neighborhood park and lake, tennis courts, greenbelt, jogging/bike path, children’s playground, gated and guarded neighborhood entrance.
